ValuTracOne. ValuTrac will collect your Information when you register and use its ValuTracOne appraiser portal to manage your information. The service collects for example: name, email address, and phone number.
ValuTrac Appraiser Directory. ValuTrac collects each registering appraiser’s information for inclusion in the ValuTrac Appraiser Directory (which is made available to all ValuTrac Software customers). The service collects for example: appraiser name, company name,address, license type, license number, if errors and omissions insurance is carried, ASC Status, HUD Roster Status, and Service area by state and county.
Customer’s Instance of the ValuTrac Web Based Service. Each customer of the ValuTrac web-based service will receive their own instance of our service, and they will collect certain user Information as part of their usage of such service.

ValuTrac Appraiser Directory. The ValuTrac Appraiser Directory provides ValuTrac customers access to a national appraiser directory so that they can search for appraiser service providers to potentially engage them for appraisal services.
